Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for engagements with Global Info Edge (GIE). The specifics of each project will always be governed by the Statement of Work (SOW) you sign.
1. Project engagements
Project fees are split into milestones as defined in the SOW. Each milestone payment becomes non-refundable once work on that milestone has begun.
Unstarted milestones remain refundable, less reasonable costs already incurred on your behalf.
2. Retainer engagements
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Work completed in the current and notice month is non-refundable.
3. Ad spend & third-party fees
Ad spend paid to platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is non-refundable from GIE — refunds, if any, are governed by the respective platforms.
Third-party tool subscriptions, stock assets, fonts and licences are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Quality concerns
If a deliverable doesn't meet the SOW scope, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will revise the deliverable as per the revisions allowed in the SOW at no additional cost.
5. Process to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your project name, invoice reference and the specific request.
Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Disputes
We aim to resolve every concern amicably. If a dispute persists, governing law and jurisdiction are as per our Terms & Conditions.
