By accessing this website or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

GIE provides branding, web design and development, landing page design, social media, performance marketing and related services as set out in individual Statements of Work (SOWs).

Each SOW will define scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and dependencies. The SOW takes precedence over generic descriptions on this website.

Fees are as quoted in the SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, an advance is payable before kickoff and the remainder per the schedule in the SOW.

Late payments may result in pausing of work and applicable interest as per Indian law.

On full payment, you receive ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for you. Pre-existing GIE assets, frameworks and templates remain GIE property and are licensed to you for use within the project.

GIE may showcase the work in its portfolio and case studies unless explicitly restricted in the SOW.

Timely delivery depends on timely inputs from you — brand materials, approvals, access to platforms and decision-making availability.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential and to use it only in connection with the project.

We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. Liability is capped at the fees paid to GIE for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or third-party platform losses.

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with 15 days' written notice and an opportunity to cure. Fees for work completed remain payable.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
